Systems optimisation improvement would be advantageous. Experience administering HR and payroll systems, maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy. Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory payments, pensions and payroll controls. Experience producing HR and Payroll reports, analysing data and maintaining management information. Experience supporting employee lifecycle administration and HR operations. Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
