Logistics Manager

The Company:Our client is a well-established, multi-site business with a reputation for delivering excellent customer service and operational performance. Due to continued growth and transformation, they are looking to appoint a Logistics Manager to lead and develop their logistics operation across several UK locations.The Role:You will have full responsibility for the performance of a multi-site logistics business, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, profitability and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple depot operations as one integrated business.
• Managing budgets, costs and overall P&L performance.
• Developing high-performing leadership teams and driving accountability.
• Improving service levels, operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensuring transport compliance, health & safety and legal standards are met.
• Leading change, continuous improvement and technology-led initiatives.

The Person:We are looking for an experienced logistics leader with:

• Senior management experience within logistics, transport or supply chain.
• A track record of leading multi-site operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with budget and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent knowledge of transport compliance and operational best practice.
• Proven experience driving performance, change and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
