About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of an established and successful manufacturing business that is looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Advisor to join their growing team.

This is a proactive, office-based sales role where you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calling, building relationships with prospective clients, and consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Accurately update CRM systems and sales records.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years' telesales or outbound sales experience.
• Proven track record in cold calling and new business generation.
• Demonstrable success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based sales environment.

• Experience within the manufacturing sector.
• Previous B2B sales experience.
• Experience using CRM systems.
