Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Lead

Job Type: Contract - Inside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Lead Consultant to lead the functional delivery of a large-scale Oracle HCM implementation, with a particular focus on Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and HR Help Desk.
This is a hands-on functional leadership role, covering solution design, configuration and delivery across the Oracle HCM landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Lead functional delivery across Core HR, ORC and HR Help Desk
- Own requirements gathering, solution design and configuration
- Lead workshops with HR and business stakeholders
- Support testing, defect resolution and deployment activities
- Ensure solutions align with wider Oracle HCM processes and business requirements
Key experience required
- Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Core HR experience
- Extensive Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) knowledge
- Strong Oracle HR Help Desk experience
- Full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience
- Strong functional configuration and solution design capability
- Ability to lead workstreams and engage senior stakeholders
