The Role
You'll be responsible for managing import ocean freight shipments from origin through to final delivery, ensuring customers receive a first-class service throughout the supply chain.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing import ocean freight shipments
Liaising with shipping lines, hauliers, overseas agents and suppliers
Coordinating customs clearance and import processes
Tracking shipments and keeping customers updated
Building strong relationships with clients and service providers
Proactively resolving issues and ensuring shipments run as smoothly as possible
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within Ocean Freight Forwarding
Strong organisational and communication skills
A customer-focused approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with import operations would be advantageous
