Interim Organisational & Workforce Development (OWD) Adviser
Location: Glasgow, Edinburgh or Dundee
Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office
Contract: 6 months initial contract with potential 6-month extension
Rate: £206 - £230 per day via umbrella
We are recruiting for an Interim OWD Adviser on behalf of one of our key public sector clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a range of organisation-wide learning, workforce development and change initiatives. You'll play a key role in delivering learning and development programmes, supporting managers and teams, helping implement a new Learning Management System (LMS), and contributing to workforce capability and engagement projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation and ongoing development of a new LMS
- Coordinate and enhance corporate induction programmes
- Deliver learning and development initiatives across the organisation
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions and engagement activities
- Provide guidance and support to managers and colleagues
- Analyse and report on learning and workforce development activity
- Develop engaging and accessible learning resources
About You
- Experience within Organisational Development and/or Learning & Development
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Ability to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions
- CIPD membership or equivalent is desirable
