Birchrose Associates is proud to be representing a well-established regional law firm, which is seeking an experienced Residential Property Locum to join its Bedfordshire office on an interim basis.

The Firm

Our client, a well-established regional law firm with a strong reputation for delivering quality legal services, is looking for an experienced Residential Property Locum to join its busy Property team in Bedfordshire.

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Property professional with a strong background in residential conveyancing, able to manage matters independently from instruction through to completion. Duties to include:

• Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales
• Handle matters from initial instruction through to completion
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout all stages of their transactions
• Work collaboratively with the existing Fee Earner and Paralegal to ensure matters progress efficiently
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure all transactions are progressed in a timely manner

This Residential Property Locum position is available for 1 Month, with a high possibility of extension, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:15pm. The role is a hybrid opportunity based in Bedfordshire.

Requirements

• Previous experience handling residential property matters independently (essential)
• Available to start ASAP
