Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for your next opportunity with a global energy and engineering business?

Our client is looking for an HR Administrator to support its HR and Recruitment team across a range of administration, onboarding and employee processes.

• Prepare contracts and new starter documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, medicals and reference checks.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Support maternity risk assessments and leaver processes.
• Prepare contract amendments and general HR administration.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure HR processes run smoothly.

• Previous HR Administration experience.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Ideally studying towards CIPD.
