Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for a short-term opportunity? Our client in the Facilities Management industry, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team and provide essential support during the holiday season!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet Guests: Welcome visitors with a warm smile and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
• Handle Phones: Answer incoming calls promptly, take clear messages, or route calls to the right department to ensure effective communication.
• Manage Correspondence: Read, sort and respond to basic emails and queries from the general public, providing excellent customer service.
• Sign-In Logs: Maintain a log of visitors entering and leaving the building for security and tracking purposes.
• Handle Post: Sort incoming mail, pack outgoing items and sign for deliveries to keep operations running smoothly.

• Cheerful Demeanour: You should have a friendly and approachable attitude, making every visitor feel welcome.
• Organisational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while keeping a tidy workspace.
• Effective Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential to handle phone calls and correspondence.
• Team Player: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth workflow.
