As a Temporary Partner Operations Executive, you'll play a vital role in supporting our partners and automotive network across the UK and Ireland. Job Title: Temporary Partner Operations Executive

Location: Covent Garden (Hybrid) - 2 days from home and 3 days in the office

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months +

Pay Rate: 14.85 per hour

Working Pattern:

  • Full-time role
  • 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
  • Approximately 2 weekend days per month - 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
  • Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00 - 1 per month
  • Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00 - 1 per month

What You'll Do:

Partner Support & Engagement

  • Provide guidance to new automotive partners, ensuring they maximise our collaborative efforts.
  • Address incoming dealership inquiries and feedback via phone and email in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Proactively reach out to dealerships to drive engagement and strengthen relationships.
  • Share insights and improvement opportunities with the Automotive Account Team.
  • Support the processing of commission payments and invoices, tracking and following up as needed.

Customer Support

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting those referred by our dealership partners throughout their EV charger installation journey.
  • Actively listen to feedback from dealerships and customers, helping to enhance their experience.
  • Recognise and address any potential issues or areas for improvement to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all operational procedures and quality standards diligently.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, partner support, or sales is advantageous.
  • Comfortable handling phone and email support with a friendly demeanour.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practises.
  • Passionate about clean technology, EVs, or the energy transition.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working with automotive dealerships or partners.
  • Fluency in other European languages, particularly French and/or Italian.
