This is a key leadership role for a HR Manager who can influence stakeholders, drive change, and improve people performance within a manufacturing environment.

As a member of the SLT, you will partner with operational leaders to deliver people initiatives that support business objectives and site performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all site HR activities and employee relations.

• Partner with leaders to improve engagement, performance, and culture.

• Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and drive key people metrics, including absence, turnover, and engagement.

• Coach and develop management capability.

• Operate effectively within a unionised environment.

• Use data and insights to identify trends and drive action.

As an experienced HR Manager having worked within Manufacturing you will be data-driven, resilient, and commercially focused.
