- Carrying out tenancy visits, sign-ups, and end-of-tenancy processes.
- Supporting residents to sustain their tenancies and resolve tenancy-related issues.
- Managing low-level ASB cases and neighbour disputes where required.
- Investigating tenancy breaches and taking appropriate action.
- Working with internal departments and external agencies to support residents.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating housing management systems.
- Delivering a customer-focused service while meeting performance targets.
About You:- Previous experience in a Housing Officer or Tenancy Management role.
- A good understanding of tenancy management legislation and housing best practice.
- Experience of managing ASB cases, although the caseload is expected to be minimal.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
- The ability to manage your own workload and work independently.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced
Housing Officer seeking a role with flexibility, a well-managed patch, and the potential to progress into a permanent position.
