Payroll Administrator

The Role:
- End-to-end payroll processing for high employee volumes
- Managing payroll for permanent staff, contractors, and casual workers (including variable hours and shift patterns)
- Accurate calculation of overtime, allowances, leave, and statutory payments
- Ensuring full compliance with current payroll legislation
- Payroll reconciliations, reporting, and resolving complex queries
- Collaborating closely with HR and Finance teams
