Location: Biggin Hill
Salary: £38,500
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexibility & paid overtime required)Contract Type: Permanent
Required: Corporate PA Experience

What You'll Do:As a PA you will play a pivotal role in supporting the general manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Hosting meetings - For the General Manager and Operations Director
- Email oversight & Calendar management
- Manage all expense claims & Travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport, itineraries, visas)
- Approvals - Travel, expenses & holiday
- Organise attendance for key events such as conferences, customer visits, internal international workshops
- Attend meetings on behalf of the General Manager & support with building presentations for the General Manager to present to the Vice President
- Action tracking and following up with stakeholders on behalf of the General Manager
- Governance - Ensuring all managers are prepped for meetings
- Planning and managing events using creativity and initiative
What They're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a busy PA in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in holding senior managers accountable for completing their tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook & Excel)
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work fast and well under last minute tasks
- Event managing experience
