Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales & Administration Coordinator to join our friendly team based at our Head Office in Chessington, Surrey.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a small, collaborative team where you'll play an important role in supporting both sales operations and administrative functions, helping to ensure excellent service for our customers and smooth day-to-day business operations.

The Role
Sales Support Responsibilities
- Manage the order process for dropship customers through online portals and back-office systems.
- Communicate with customers and end consumers to resolve delivery issues quickly and efficiently.
- Update customer portals with stock reports and relevant information.
- Work closely with the wider sales team, providing cover during holidays and absences when required.
- Process faulty goods and shortage credits accurately.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to support customers effectively.
Administration Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal departments, external suppliers, warehouse teams and transport carriers to ensure deliveries are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Work with the Accounts Department, Credit Control team, Sales Managers and customers to ensure payments are up to date and orders can be processed without delay.
- Manage a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks and responsibilities as they arise.
- Support the smooth running of business operations through effective coordination and communication.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in administration, order processing, customer service, operations, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good numerical ability and accuracy when handling information.
