A Yorkshire Council is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support a range of high-profile workforce transformation, organisational development, and pay & reward initiatives.
This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce of one of the UK's largest metropolitan councils. Working closely with senior HR leaders, you'll provide expert guidance across complex organisational reviews, service transformation programmes, job evaluation activity, and strategic workforce projects.
The assignment forms part of the Council's wider Modern Organisation Programme, which is focused on creating a more effective, sustainable, and financially resilient organisation through organisational redesign, improved operating models, and workforce optimisation.
