Job Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will deliver vital lesson support and offer targeted help to students who need extra guidance. This full-time Teaching Assistant position offers excellent career progression and stable pay rates in a vibrant school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted academic and routine guidance to students, 1-on-1 or in small groups.
Assist the teacher by adapting learning materials to student targets.
Guide student behaviour with patience, clear boundaries, and positive reinforcement.
Track, monitor, and report student progress to senior staff.

Requirements:
Proven experience or relevant training as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant.
Deep knowledge of secondary curriculum subjects and classroom management.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.
Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
