The Opportunity
As Plant Production Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management of growing operations, overseeing everything from agronomy and crop health through to labour planning and customer engagement.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend significant time on the nursery, monitoring crops, making key growing decisions, and supporting your team to deliver consistently high-quality plants.
You'll combine technical expertise with people leadership, helping ensure the business continues to produce outstanding crops while embracing new technologies, practices, and opportunities for improvement.
