Scheduling Supervisor (Office) - Specialised - Salary up to 30,000 -35 hours per week

Location: Manchester, little Hulton

Our Client is hiring for a reputed client who needs a Scheduling Supervisor to keep production running smoothly, protect quality and safety, and make sure the right work is in the right place-on time. If you enjoy problem-solving, coordinating people and priorities, and you take pride in getting things right, this could be a great next step.

What you'll be doing:
Follow AMDS Health & Safety policies and procedures, reporting any safety issues or rule breaches
Act as an excellent ambassador when working with customers and suppliers
Work to the sales schedule/delivery dates by calling in the required coil and raising the appropriate works order
Allocate works orders to production machines to optimise output and meet customer delivery requirements
Help each production line reach its set KPIs by optimising production
Ensure customers' packaging requirements are communicated clearly across the operations team
Communicate changes to schedules or customer requirements to the appropriate team leader and update priorities
Liaise with the transport co-ordinator to support machine planning and customer needs
Attend regular review meetings with departments and contribute to resolving production issues
Be flexible and act on reasonable requests from the Site Manager
Work with all departments to ensure daily duties are completed efficiently
Follow quality standards relevant to the role
Carry out other duties as required by the business

Additional information:
Hours: 35 per week, 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch)
SAP experience is highly desirable
GCSE Maths and English Grade C (or grade 4 under the new system) and above
