Produce accurate service reports, risk assessments, and maintenance records using electronic job management systems. Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and colleagues. Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota (where applicable). Identify opportunities for remedial works and report recommendations. Essential Requirements Valid Commercial Gas qualifications including relevant ACS certifications (such as CODNCO1, COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1). Proven experience working on commercial gas systems. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Good understanding of commercial heating systems and controls. Full UK Driving Licence. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Desirable Qualifications LPG qualifications. F-Gas certification. Electrical knowledge or relevant qualifications. Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS). Experience working within schools, healthcare, retail, or commercial office environments. Health & Safety qualifications (e.g. IOSH Working Safely). Skills & Attributes Strong attention to detail. Reliable, professional, and safety-focused. Excellent problem-solving ability. Flexible approach to working across multiple sites. Good IT skills for digital reporting. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
