The role You'll start by getting hands-on through the design, build, configuration and delivery phases of the programme, right up to go-live. From there, you'll carry the platform through hyper-care and into business-as-usual, taking day-to-day responsibility for operations, release planning, regression testing and ongoing support. Key responsibilities Platform Ownership - Take full administrative ownership of the D365 F&SCM platform, managing environments, configuration, security roles and user access, and acting as an escalation point for the ServiceDesk team. Implementation & Transition to Service - Work closely with the Project Delivery Team and Microsoft Solution Partner through workshops, configuration reviews and deployment planning, ensuring a smooth handover from project into BAU support.
