The culture is collaborative, people-focused and built around delivering exceptional service to clients.Your new role Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and senior leadership team, the Chief Operating Officer will play a pivotal role in translating strategy into delivery.With responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, you will lead operational performance, organisational effectiveness, governance, risk and business improvement initiatives. You will ensure that people, processes and resources are aligned to support growth, profitability and an outstanding client experience.The role will also involve leading change programmes, developing management capability, improving operational efficiency and providing clear leadership across the business. As a key member of the leadership team, you will help shape the future direction of the firm while ensuring strong execution of its strategic objectives.What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced operational leader with a track record of success within a professional services, partnership-led or people-intensive organisation. Commercially minded and strategically aware, you will have experience leading organisational change, improving performance and building high-performing teams.You will possess strong leadership and influencing skills, excellent business judgement and the credibility to work effectively with partners, board members and senior stakeholders.
