Brand Coordinator & Administrator

  • Annual Salary: £30,000 - £37,000
  • Location: West London
  • Job Type: Full-time (initial office-based period with potential hybrid working options)

Join a dynamic consumer products business specialising in licensed brands and character-led products. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Brand Coordinator & Administrator to support our busy Brand Team in brand management, licensing, reporting, project coordination, and business administration. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills aiming to develop a career in brand management, licensing, marketing, or PR.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support the day-to-day management of brand and licensing activities.
  • Coordinate product, marketing, and licensing approvals through brand owner systems.
  • Maintain licensing records, contracts, and approval documentation.
  • Assist with licence renewal presentations and brand pitches.
  • Prepare and update monthly, quarterly, and annual brand presentations and reports.
  • Create and maintain retailer presentations and listing information.
  • Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and new brand initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Coordinate trade show planning, including diary management, travel arrangements, and post-event reporting.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Brand Team and wider business, including meeting scheduling, document preparation, and travel arrangements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administration, coordinator, marketing, PR, or brand support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience creating presentations, reports, and business documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
