Location: Cheltenham
Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission + Management Development Programme + 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays increasing to 38 with service + auto enrolment pension + digital GP services + discounts

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Recruitment Consultant who is looking for an opportunity to progress into a leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is looking for the opportunity to progress. Our senior leadership team has significant experience in multi-sector high street recruitment and will proactively participate in your development and growth.

The Role

As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Branch Manager, you will:

• Manage and grow existing client accounts whilst developing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Support, coach, and mentor other staff members.
• Assist with branch performance, KPIs, and operational management.
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop your management capabilities.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the branch.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant within a 360 role.
• Proven record of achieving sales and placement targets.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, driven, and commercially aware.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

• Experience mentoring or supervising team members.
• Exposure to branch operations, KPI management, or team leadership.
