Description

  • Provide administrative support to the human resources department.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing contracts and induction materials.
  • Handle general HR-related queries and direct them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations in all administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records for employees.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations as required.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or human resources role within the business services sector.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and general office software like Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
