HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (part-time hours across 5 days is also an option)

SALARY: £27,000- £28,000pa

Reception Duties
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional first impression.
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Handling client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Maintaining reception and communal areas to a high standard.
Administrative Support
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to Directors and senior team members.
- Booking domestic and international travel, accommodation, and transport arrangements.
- Coordinating diaries and scheduling meetings on an adhoc basis.
- Updating trackers and database management
- Preparing meeting rooms, refreshments, and supporting meeting logistics.
- Assisting with document preparation, presentations, and correspondence.
- Supporting general office administration and operational tasks as required.
Is this you?
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with clients, visitors, and senior stakeholders.
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to assist wherever needed.
- Professional in appearance and approach.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
