Key Responsibilities of a Conveyancing Legal Executive
You will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- General residential property advice
You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and colleagues to ensure transactions progress efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
Key Skills & Experience of a Conveyancing Legal Executive
Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (or possess equivalent experience).
- Have experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
- Be well organised with strong attention to detail.
- Be a proactive team player with a positive and professional approach.
