Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer - c 85-95k + 5k car allowance + benefits, Berkshire - Commercial fit-out, Life Sciences, Data Centres, Healthcare/Hospitals.

As a lead supplier to the UK's premier MEP contractors, we have been approached by a tier one, fit-out Contractor to help them in the search for a Mechanical Engineer to work on projects ranging in MEP value from 5m to 25M across the above mentioned sectors
The role involves Pre-construction and Design and typical duties will be;

• Designing and developing Mechanical, HVAC and Ductwork systems
• RAMS, creating technical documents using CAD software (REVIT)
• Conducting research and testing at off-site facilities
• Overseeing quality control
• Collaborating with installation teams on various design and co-ordination issues
• Estimations and variations as required
• Procurement
