Escalate risks or challenges to the Compliance Manager and support the delivery of planned investment works within the capital programme
Produce and present performance and financial information relating to service delivery, compliance and costs
Review and approve asbestos survey reports and legionella risk assessments as required
Manage work in progress, ensuring remedial actions from service visits are completed and invoiced in a timely manner
Lead and participate in contract review meetings, addressing contractor performance issues where required
Provide site instructions to ensure Health and Safety standards are met, including stopping works where necessary in line with contractor RAMS
Liaise with tenants to arrange access for mandatory servicing and inspections
Maintain and develop administrative systems and processes to support the effective delivery and reporting of compliance activities
Carry out health and safety visits, audits, and document checks in line with relevant legislation
Arrange and oversee follow-on works identified through contractor visits or site reports
Review and approve asbestos survey reports and legionella risk assessments
Ensure IT systems and processes support effective service delivery and maintain statutory and best practice compliance
Act as a key contact for internal teams and external contractors, providing advice on asbestos and legionella matters
Organise and review quotations and works for projects within asbestos and legionella areas
Monitor contractor performance, reporting on delivery against schedules and implementing corrective actions where required
Key Requirements -
Hold relevant qualifications in asbestos and legionella (BOHS P402/P405 and City & Guilds Legionella or equivalent, or be working towards), with strong technical knowledge and experience working with contractors in these
Have a good understanding of Health and Safety legislation and experience of challenging contractors to ensure safe working practices and compliance
Be highly organised, methodical and detail-focused, with the ability to plan effectively and manage systems accurately
Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers, contractors, partners and internal teams
Take ownership of tasks and show initiative, with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
Be a team player who supports colleagues, shares knowledge and contributes to a positive working environment

Hold a full driving licence and be able to travel to sites as required
