Finance Director
South Yorkshire/East Midlands £65,000 - £80,000 per annum
Are you an experienced finance leader with a track record of driving growth, leading strategic change, and influencing at board level? This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-led organisation and play a key role in shaping its future growth strategy
Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, reporting, governance and compliance. You will also support acquisitions and service development opportunities, providing financial evaluation, managing due diligence processes, and helping to deliver successful post-acquisition integration.
I am seeking a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience in senior financial leadership roles. You'll bring strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, cashflow management, organisational change, and stakeholder engagement, alongside experience supporting growth initiatives, acquisitions, or business development projects.
Key Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent experience.
- Proven senior finance leadership experience with strategic and operational responsibility.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, mergers, or service development opportunities.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and financial reporting expertise.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities.
