• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (flexibility required to cover phones)

Day-to-Day of the Role:

• Manage and lead installation teams, ensuring efficient scheduling and high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee stock control processes and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate service work and installations, including site visits across the country.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Work closely with directors to relieve day-to-day operational responsibilities and contribute to strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Understanding of building/construction practices.
• Knowledge of health & safety compliance.
• Proven project management skills.
• Experience in stock control management.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent customer service and time management abilities.
