Post Completion Administration Assistant

Andy File Associates Limited are working as a recruitment agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent vacancy.

This is an exciting chance to join a growing Conveyancing team working for this well established firm of solicitors based in Rotherham.

This role is Office based
Location Rotherham
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Full Time)

The role will involve:

• Submitting and monitoring Land Registry applications
• Dealing with Land Registry requisitions
• Dealing with registrations following purchases and transfers
• Updating clients and lenders following registration
• Checking and maintaining post-completion records
• Closing and archiving completed files
• Liaising with fee earners and conveyancing assistants regarding outstanding matters
• General administrative support to the conveyancing team

The ideal candidate will:

• Have good administrative experience
• Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills
• Be highly organised and committed to delivering a high-quality client service
