The Role
As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production. You'll lead cross-functional teams, optimise processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.

About You
- Proven experience in a manufacturing operations management role in process-led environments
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience in chemical or advanced materials manufacturing environments
- Sound understanding of health & safety and regulatory compliance
- Track record of delivering continuous improvement and operational performance gains
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with manufacturing systems (ERP/MRP)
