Description
The Interim Payroll Manager role is an immediate start temp role for 3 months initially and will be 1-2 days per week in the Hyde office or can be fully remote. The role will be stand alone reporting to the Financial Controller- Key duties will include:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions for employees.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with tax and pension contributions.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate employee records.
- Oversee payroll audits and implement improvements where needed.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and ensure adherence.
- Train and support junior payroll staff as required.
