Payroll and Benefits Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced UK Payroll, Benefits & Reward Manager to join a global organisation operating across multiple international markets. This role will take ownership of UK payroll operations, benefits administration, reward analysis and employee communications, ensuring an exceptional service is delivered to employees and key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing payroll compliance, driving benefits strategy, providing reward analytics and supporting senior leadership with data-driven decision-making.Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of UK payroll operations.
• Process payroll for a diverse workforce including salaried and hourly-paid employees, senior executives and board-level personnel.
• Oversee complex payroll arrangements, including split contracts, international assignees and mobile employees.
• Ensure full compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
• Manage all payroll-related reporting and year-end activities, including:
  • FPS submissions
  • P60 administration
  • P11D reporting
  • PAYE and National Insurance reconciliations
• Liaise with payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Analyse benefits utilisation, costs and market trends to support future benefits strategy.
• Develop engaging employee communication materials to enhance understanding and engagement with available benefits.
• Manage relationships with benefits brokers, insurers and third-party providers.
• Conduct CEO pay ratio analysis and executive remuneration modelling.
• Deliver reward and benefits cost modelling to support business planning and decision-making.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytical support to senior leadership teams.
