About the Role
We are working with a well-established and growing law firm based in Newcastle, who are looking to appoint a talented Conveyancing Solicitor to join their residential property team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the process
- Maintain excellent client care and build strong relationships
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
- Work closely with colleagues to support the growth of the department
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (NQ+ experience welcome)
- Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- A proactive and client-focused approach
