Performance Manager

As Performance Manager in Salisbury, you'll use contract data to improve service delivery across a hard facilities management operation supporting the defence sector. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll turn performance findings into practical improvements across operational and compliance teams.
The Role
As the Performance Manager, you'll:

• Monitor contractual KPIs, SLAs and emerging performance risks.
• Investigate performance gaps and implement measurable corrective and preventative actions.
• Develop dashboards and reports that help teams make informed decisions.
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity and auditability of CAFM data.
• Coordinate contractual performance reports and governance submissions for senior stakeholders and customers.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational performance.

About You
To be successful as the Performance Manager, you'll have:

• Experience managing KPIs in a hard facilities management contract environment.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Experience with CAFM systems, business intelligence tools and performance dashboards.
• Confidence presenting findings to senior stakeholders and influencing operational teams.
• Ideally, experience with Maximo.
• British nationality, a full UK driving licence and residence within one hour of Salisbury.
