Our work combines in-house historical cost data with BCIS benchmarking to produce robust cost estimates and pricing strategies. We collaborate closely with commercial teams to develop tailored pricing models for both hard and soft FM services, support tender evaluations, and contribute to final business cases. Role Overview The successful candidate will work independently to develop cost estimates and pricing models for large-scale FM projects, using a combination of internal data and BCIS benchmarks.
