Responsibilities Manage and develop key client relationships, ensuring a consistently high level of service Lead client onboarding and support the ongoing delivery of client programmes and campaigns Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders and internal teams Present performance updates, insights and strategic recommendations in client meetings Analyse reporting data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation Coordinate client requests and ensure successful delivery across internal departments Requirements Previous experience within a client services, account management or partnership management role Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Confident presenting to senior stakeholders both internally and externally Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and reporting Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment f interested in hearing more, please apply through the job or drop me a message!
