Act as Project Manager under NEC contracts, issuing instructions, managing early warnings, and maintaining accurate records. Prioritise client satisfaction by building strong relationships with GCC, contractors, and fostering collaboration with colleagues for effective delivery. Manage resources effectively (including remote teams) to meet fluctuating workloads. Work with clients and design teams to deliver compliant designs on time, within budget, and in line with H&S, CDM, QA, and technical review requirements. Produce project control reports and maintain robust programme management. Agree commercial position on projects, including forecasting and cost control. Ensure invoicing is undertaken in accordance with the contract. Job Requirements: Proven experience in the highways/infrastructure sector, with a strong background in NEC contract management. Experience in managing NEC contract processes, including early warnings, compensation events, and programme updates. Strong organisational and communication skills. Knowledge of Construction Design Management (CDM) 2015 and associated duties. Financial and commercial awareness, with experience in project and resource management. NEC4 accreditation or qualification is highly desirable.
