Senior UX Designer Manchester Hybrid (3 days in the office) Up to 65,000 + Bonus + Private Medical There comes a point in your UX career where delivering good design isn't enough anymore. You want to influence how other designers think. You want to help shape design systems, improve standards and become the person people come to when they need a second opinion. That's exactly what this opportunity offers. I'm working with a product-led business that has spent the last 12 months investing heavily in its Product and Technology function. Following the successful growth of the UX team, they're now looking to hire a Senior UX Designer to help raise the bar even further. You'll still be hands-on. You'll still be conducting research, designing journeys, validating hypotheses and measuring commercial outcomes. But you'll also become a mentor, reviewer and trusted voice across Product and Engineering. This isn't a management role. It's for someone who enjoys being embedded within a product squad whilst helping others produce better work. You'll be involved in: Leading UX research and product design across web and mobile experiences. Solving complex customer problems using research, behavioural analytics and experimentation. Creating scalable user journeys, wireframes and prototypes. Using data, heatmaps, customer feedback and analytics to validate decisions. Helping evolve and maintain a growing design system. Carrying out peer reviews and mentoring other UX Designers. Advising Product Managers and Engineers on UX best practice. Championing accessibility, usability and evidence-based design. We're looking for someone who brings: Strong commercial Product UX experience. Excellent UX research capability. Confidence interpreting behavioural data and CRO. Experience running or supporting experimentation. Strong UI skills and experience working within design systems. A portfolio demonstrating measurable business impact. The confidence to coach, mentor and influence others without needing formal management responsibility. This is an opportunity to join a business going through a major product transformation, including a full rebrand, the launch of new mobile applications and continued investment in experimentation and digital growth. Hybrid working (3 days in Manchester). Salary up to 65,000 plus private medical, bonus and an excellent benefits package. If you're looking for a role where your influence extends beyond the work you produce yourself, I'd love to tell you more.
