Liaise with the Finance and Procurement Coordinator regarding purchases. Oversee the collection of surplus fruit and vegetables, including undertaking collections when volunteer support is unavailable. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, manual handling and warehouse procedures. Act as Deputy Fire Warden. Work with external contractors, including pest control and PAT testing providers. Escalate concerns and support the implementation of health and safety improvements. Facilities and Vehicle Management Support the upkeep, security and maintenance of the warehouse building.
