You will support customers across the business rather than managing a portfolio of named accounts, helping each order move smoothly from the initial enquiry through production and delivery. The Role Reporting to the Office Manager, you will act as an important link between customers, the office and the factory. During busy periods, you may be coordinating up to 50 live orders at different stages of production, so organisation and attention to detail will be essential.
