What the Recruitment Administrator job involves As the Recruitment Administrator, you'll provide administrative support across recruitment, HR and the wider business, including: Managing recruitment administration from advertising vacancies through to onboarding new employees. Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Preparing employment documentation and maintaining accurate employee records. Coordinating interviews, inductions and onboarding activities. Maintaining recruitment and HR systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Supporting training administration and maintaining employee records. Producing reports, updating spreadsheets and preparing business documentation. Responding to telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently. Coordinating meetings, diary management and general Head Office administration. Supporting managers and colleagues with a range of administrative tasks across the business. Assisting with business improvement projects and identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes. Providing additional office support whenever required to ensure the smooth running of the Head Office. Skills required We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy office and takes pride in delivering excellent administrative support. You'll ideally have: Previous experience within a Recruitment Administrator, HR Administrator, Office Administrator or Business Support role. Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding or HR administration would be advantageous. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. The ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines. A proactive attitude with the confidence to work on your own initiative. A flexible approach and willingness to support colleagues across the wider business. A calm, professional manner with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and building positive working relationships.
