Working in partnership with the Director of Business Solutions and the Product Development Team Leader, you will facilitate effective product planning, discovery and prioritisation activities, ensuring teams make informed decisions about what to build and why. The role will support Birketts' transition from traditional project-based delivery towards a more product-led approach. You will coach Business Analysts and Product Managers, helping to develop product management capability, encourage collaboration with stakeholders, and promote continuous learning and improvement across digital product teams. You will work closely with the firm's Business Change function on firmwide initiatives delivered through more traditional project-based approaches, helping to ensure alignment between the wider technology roadmap, operational change and transformational change activities. The role will support effective collaboration between Business Change, product management and technology teams, helping ensure the most appropriate delivery approach is adopted based on the nature of the initiative and the outcomes being sought, recognising that some initiatives may be best suited to structured project delivery while others will benefit from more product-led or agile delivery approaches.
