Monitor recurring queries, highlight themes, and suggest practical improvements to processes and templates. Knowledge, Experience, and Skills Required: Proven experience in providing high-quality administration or coordination support in a busy, customer-focused environment. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex schedules while adapting to changing priorities. A solid understanding of GDPR legislation, confidentiality, and the importance of accurate recruitment records. Excellent customer focus, providing prompt and professional support. Clear and empathetic written and verbal communication skills, confidently engaging with candidates and colleagues alike. Strong IT capabilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint. A proactive and collaborative approach, demonstrating reliability and a commitment to inclusive candidate experiences. Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is advantageous.
