This is a full-time, long-term SEND Teacher opportunity starting as soon as possible, teaching pupils across KS2 and KS3 within a highly supportive, well-resourced and welcoming specialist setting. SEND Teacher Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across KS2 and KS3. Create an inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive. Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual EHCP targets and learning needs. Work closely with Teaching Assistants and specialist staff to maximise pupil progress. Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and independence. Monitor, assess and record pupil progress, adapting planning where appropriate. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues. Promote positive behaviour through consistency, patience and encouragement. Maintain high expectations whilst providing personalised support. Uphold safeguarding procedures and contribute positively to the wider school community. SEND Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
