Purpose of the role We're looking for an experienced Customer Engagement Marketing Manager to support the delivery of customer engagement campaigns as part of the Evelyn Partners integration. Working within the Premier Marketing team, you'll be responsible for bringing customer engagement strategies to life through CRM and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring communications are delivered effectively across multiple channels. What you'll do Deliver customer engagement and lifecycle marketing campaigns from planning through to execution. Manage CRM and email marketing campaigns across the Premier customer base. Support customer journey planning and campaign optimisation. Coordinate activity across email, website, push notifications and other customer channels. Work closely with data teams, agencies and key stakeholders to deliver campaigns. Manage campaign timelines and ensure activity is delivered on schedule. Help develop engaging customer communications using AI-enabled marketing tools where appropriate. Ensure campaigns align with wider business priorities and customer engagement strategies. The Skills you'll need Experience delivering CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns. Strong end-to-end email marketing experience. Experience with customer journeys, segmentation and campaign delivery. Excellent project and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams. Direct-to-consumer marketing experience. Experience using CRM, marketing automation or workflow platforms. Financial services experience is preferred, ideally within wealth management, investments or affluent customer marketing.
