Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Demonstrate appropriate health & safety leadership to ensure the safety first and foremost message is visible and alive throughout all activities. Lead the HV commissioning management on projects to achieve company, team and individual objectives relating to the implementation of best value design, management of opportunities, risk mitigation, and technically excellent installations. Provide commissioning advice and assistance to other areas of the business and support business development, actively promoting our HV commissioning and operational capability. Assist the commissioning manager HV in the production of project commissioning fees. Prepare site visit reports for senior stakeholder, highlighting progress, risks, opportunities and resource issues. In conjunction with the project team, ensure that commissioning documentation is produced in line with the NG Bailey standard procedures. Manage the commissioning activities in line with documentation, highlighting any issues, risks, opportunities as necessary to ensure the commissioning procedure is successfully completed. Assist the project manager to define the work scope of external commissioning. Coordinate as required the commissioning activities in line with agreed scope. Build and maintain mutually beneficial customer, key supplier and internal relationships. Promote the HV team and actively seek out new opportunities. Maintain knowledge of new and existing equipment and seek opportunities to gain specific knowledge of HV commissioning best practice. Apply current legislation regarding standard, CDM, quality control, commissioning, safety & environmental issues relating to all activities.
