Finance Administrator Full-Time Permanent £25,000 per annum An established and growing engineering services business is seeking a proactive and organised Finance Administrator to join its friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous office administration and finance experience who enjoys working in a varied role and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy business. Key Responsibilities Accurately input sales and purchase ledger information into accounting software (Xero). Chase outstanding customer debts in a professional and timely manner. Assist with the preparation and processing of quotations and sales invoices. Organise and process supplier invoice payments. Reconcile purchase ledger statements on a regular basis. Complete general administrative duties, including filing and record management. Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email. Input servicing and maintenance information into company reporting systems. Contact customers to arrange annual servicing appointments. Maintain supplier records and update pricing information as required. About You The successful candidate will possess: Previous office administration experience (essential). Experience using Xero accounting software. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional and confident telephone manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A reliable and punctual approach to work.
